  • Final decisions are made by third-party banks and lenders and depend on your credit, business profile, and their internal criteria.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide true, accurate, and complete information at all times.

  • You are responsible for maintaining your financial accounts in good standing and responding to information/document requests promptly.

  • False, incomplete, or misleading information may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • The Funding Lab will never sell or share your personal or business information to any third party except as necessary to process your application or fulfill our services.

  • All information you provide is kept strictly confidential and used only for your funding application or service.

6. Access to Sensitive Information

10. Intellectual Property

All resources, documents, guides, templates, and materials provided by The Funding Lab are the exclusive intellectual property of The Funding Lab. Clients are not permitted to share, copy, distribute, or resell any materials provided without written permission.

11. Communication Policy

  • Standard response time is within 24–48 business hours.

  • Communication outside of standard business hours is not guaranteed but will be addressed as soon as possible.
